Requirement for PPR at Norwegian Airports

This information is only for aerodromes contained in AIP Norway. Pilot in Command must check with aerodrome owner/operator for all other Norwegian aerodromes before operating.

PPR is required at the following Norwegian airports/aerodromes:

ENBO - Bodø (Charter arrivals only)
ENKJ - Kjeller
ENTO – Sandefjord/Torp
ENBR – Bergen/Flesland
ENRY – Moss/Rygge
ENGM – Oslo/Gardermoen
ENOL - Ørland
ENSB – Svalbard/Longyear
ENSA - Svea
ENAS - Ny Ålesund
ENAN - And°ya
ENZV - Stavanger/Sola

ENGM – Oslo/Gardermoen

Application for PPR for scheduled, serial charter and

ENBO - Bodø

Kjeller aerodrome may be used between 0800 and 2200. PPR for all aircraft.

ENTO - Sandefjord/Torp

PPR for all general aviation except aircraft with home base ENTO,

PPR required for parking of all aircraft, tel (+47) 33 42 70 30.
Special flights, e.g. HOSP, police, MIL, transportation of convicts
or refugees, contact Sandefjord airport tel (+47) 33 42 70 30 for
parking and other arrangements.

ENBR – Bergen/Flesland

Application for PPR for commercial flights shall be submitted to Avinor Scheduling Coordinator: Airport Coordination Norway AS Postboks 148 NO-2061 Gardermoen  tel (+47) 64 81 90 50 SITA CODE: OSLACXH e-mail: scr@airportcoordination.com
To allow for planning, the application should be delivered well in advance. It shall be formulated in accordance with international standard (SSIM-format) and time limits. Application form can be obtained from the Scheduling Coordinator
Application for PPR for all other flights shall be submitted via e-mail to Aircraft Parking Office, not later than 3 hours before planned flight: flyparkering.bergen@avinor.no

ENRY – Moss/Rygge

Visiting general aviation needs PPR from Norport
Handling TEL (+47) 69 23 01 00, for parking, fuelling and
handling.
PPR for parking and handling for visiting MIL ACFT. Contact AD

ENOL - Ørland

Restrictions - Non-scheduled civil air traffic
1.1 Special permission from Ørland Main Airforce Station is required
for all civil aircraft. Contact Base operations
tel (+47) 72 51 23 06.
Aircraft registered in another country than Norway:
Landing permission will only be granted if special circumstances
so warrant. An application must be submitted to reach the Civil
Aviation Authority at least 3 working days prior to estimated
arrival. (Application requirements according to “Regulations for
charter and taxi flights from and to Norway” still apply).
1.3 AD may not be used by civil ACFT with higher code letter than D
without permission from the Norwegian CAA.

ENSB – Svalbard/Longyear

All traffic to, from or within Svalbard are subject to prior permission. For traffic other than scheduled traffic, application for permission shall be submitted to reach the Civil Aviation Authority at least 48 hours prior to landing. Additional scheduled flights may be carried out without application to the Civil Aviation Authority, provided that prior approval of hours of arrival and departure has been obtained from the airport authority. Application for such approval shall be submitted to reach the airport authority at least 48 hours prior to landing. The time-limits mentioned above do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Norwegian holidays
Passenger lists for all flights to Svalbard shall be submitted to the Governor of Svalbard.

ENSA - Svea

PPR must be sought from aerodrome owner Store Norske Spitsbergen Grubekompani AS, tel (+47) 79 02 53 04

ENAS Ny Ålesund

PPR must be sought from aerodrome owner Kings Bay AS, tel (+47) 79 02 72 00

ENAN Andøya

Restrictions - Non-scheduled civil air traffic

Aircraft registered in Norway:
The aerodrome is only available if landing permission has been
obtained from the military representative at the aerodrome, prior to
departure. (Application requirements according to "Regulations for
charter and taxi flights from and to Norway" still apply).

Aircraft registered in another country than Norway:
Landing permission will only be granted if special circumstances
so warrant. An application must be submitted to reach the Civil
Aviation Authority at least 3 working days prior to estimated
arrival. (Application requirements according to "Regulations for
charter and taxi flights from and to Norway" still apply).
AD availability
AD approved for:
- VFR operations in daylight and darkness,
- IFR operations.
Note: AD is not approved for CAT I, CAT II or CAT III operations.

ENZV - Stavanger/Sola

When applying for PRR, the following details must be on hand:

Callsign
Registration letters
Aircraft type
Date of flight
Estimated off block time (for departures)
Estimated time of arrival (for arrival flights)
Type of flight (GA, Charter, MIL etc)
Name and contact details for responsible person
